  Pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
